My tracker suddenly has lost connection?

Many customers do not realize after the first purchase that they have entered into a subscription. This applies to both the SIM card and the portal. It is therefore possible that the credit of the SIM card has run out or that the subscription has expired. The selling party has the responsibility to explain this properly when purchasing.

No longer able to access the portal?

Again, the customers do not seem to be aware that the portal has a subscription structure that has to be paid for. We have noticed that there are other resellers who have used a one-time price for the purchase of a tracker that contains a prepaid SIM card with a certain credit on it and, for example, 2 to 3 years of access to the Tracksolid.com portal. So if the period has expired and the selling party does not renew the subscription, the portal will be locked.

I want to regain access to my tracker/portal?

Miggy does not have access to your tracker and/or account at Tracksolid.com. We only have access to our own account and the customers who have purchased the solutions directly from us. We therefore refer you to the selling party.

I don't remember where I bought my tracker / my supplier has disappeared?

For this reason we get a lot of help requests and we try to help everyone as best we can, but because we do not have access to your account, we cannot do anything.

Where other suppliers are no longer there, Miggy, on the other hand, has grown enormously. This is mainly because our customers receive quality, stability, service and clear agreements from Miggy. We are happy to talk to you about new solutions that we can offer you.

Can Miggy then transfer the account from Tracksolid.com?

No, we cannot do this. What Miggy can offer is a completely new solution with new hardware, connectivity and portal as Miggy no longer has an active relationship with Tracksolid.com. Our customers have experienced that there are much better alternatives.

Private or business?

Does Miggy deliver to private individuals?

Miggy focuses entirely on the business market and is not equipped to serve private customers well. However, we can put you in touch with partners who offer our solutions to private individuals.
